Who we are
This website is operated by Qaell, a software company based in Canada (“Qaell”, “we”). This policy explains what personal information we collect on this site, why we collect it and how you can exercise your rights.
What we collect
Only what you give us in the contact form: your name, your email address, the content of your message and the language of the page. To protect the form against abuse, we briefly keep a submission counter tied to an encrypted (hashed) version of your IP address, deleted within two hours. Like any web server, the site's host also keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested).
What we do not do
This site uses no tracking cookies, no audience analytics, no advertising and no external font service: the fonts are hosted on the site itself.
Why we use it
Only to read your message and reply to you. We do not use it for marketing and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Your consent
By ticking the box in the form and sending your message, you consent to this use. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at the address shown below.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or rent your information. It is processed by our technical providers, notably OVHcloud (site and email hosting), who act on our instructions. These providers may process data outside your province or Canada. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as needed to reply and follow up, then delete it no later than twelve months after the last exchange. The host's technical logs are kept according to its own rules.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to messages is limited to authorized people at Qaell. We apply reasonable security measures, but no system is infallible. If an incident presents a risk of serious harm, we will notify the people concerned and the competent authority, as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask for access to the information we hold about you, for its correction or deletion, withdraw your consent or request a copy. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, if you live in the European Union, the data protection authority of your country.
Children
This site is not aimed at children. If you are under 14, do not send us any information without the consent of your parent or guardian.

Changes
We may change this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, shown in the app and in the app stores.
